Ride-Along Evaluation Day

Thank you for signing up for our Ride-Along Evaluation Day! This paid opportunity allows you to experience a day in the life of a pool maintenance technician. You’ll shadow one of our experienced team members, gain hands-on insight into the role, and have the chance to ask questions. This is also an important step for us to assess your potential fit for the position.

What to Expect

Shadow a Technician: Observe a technician as they complete their daily route.
Learn About the Role: Understand the responsibilities and tasks involved in pool maintenance.
Ask Questions: Gain valuable insights and get your questions answered throughout the day.

Details

Duration: Full day (approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM).
Compensation: $200 for your time.
Requirements: Please dress appropriately for the role (see below).

What to Bring

Water: Bring at least a couple of bottles or one large bottle.
Shoes: Boots or running-style shoes with good grip (no sandals or sneakers).
Clothing: Solid-color shorts or jeans.
Sunglasses: For outdoor work.
Lunch: We’ll take a lunch break during the day.

What We Provide

A hat and shirt for the day.
